Lyft Plus Car Requirements 2019 – Lyft Plus Vehicle List
Is there a Lyft Plus Car List?
Officially, Lyft has no ‘set’ list of Lyft Plus-compliant vehicles (the company states that, as of 2019, ‘there are no specific requirements on Lyft Plus vehicle types’).
However, there are general Lyft Plus car requirements, the most important of which are that ALL Lyft Plus vehicles must:
- Have 7 seat belts
- Can accommodate 6 passengers or more.
- Fit within Lyft’s vehicle age requirements ‘ (Most Lyft Plus vehicles must be from the year 2005, or newer. There are some exceptions, depending on city – check out the full list here).
