Where Can I Find My UberEATS Receipts and Order History?
You can view a list of all your past orders by tapping the receipt icon at the bottom of the home screen.
You will see a full list of past and upcoming orders. This is where you can reorder any orders that you have made in the past. If you would like to see the full receipt, you simply need to tap on the ‘view receipt’ button under the order. This will show your total order, the price, and how you paid.
You should also receive a receipt for every order by email. If you want a new copy of the receipt sent to your email, you can visit riders.uber.com. You will need to sign into your Uber account. Once signed in, you will see a list of all your past UberEATS orders (as well as your past Uber rides). Select the order that you want a new copy of the receipt for and click on ‘Resend’ to have a new receipt sent to your email that is associated with your Uber account. If you have recently changed your email, you’ll need to change the default email setting in your account setting before a receipt is re-sent to you.
Changing your email is simple – head to the Uber account setting sand find the ‘update email’ option. You will need to type your new email address into the field, and then enter your password. An email will be sent to the email address to confirm the update. Once confirmed, this email will be the default account which receives all future Uber receipts.
