1. Riders: Getting Picked Up by Uber at Dubai International Airport
As long as you have the Uber App downloaded on your mobile phone or mobile device, you can use Uber’s services for pickups at Dubai International Airport (DXB).
To request an Uber at DXB Airport, simply follow the steps below:
1. Choose your Uber Service at DXB
Open the Uber Ride App on your smartphone, and choose your preferred Uber service option.
The following vehicle options are available at DXB Airport:
- UberSELECT
- UberBLACK
- UberSUV
2. Uber Passenger Pickup Location at Dubai Airport:
There are currently three locations you can meet your Uber driver at DXB:
- Terminal One A1 Parking (zone 2)
- Terminal Two Parking
- Terminal Three Entrance 2 (level 1 parking entrance)
Before requesting a ride, confirm your pickup location at either Terminal 1, Terminal 2, or Terminal 3.
2. Riders: Getting Dropped Off by Uber at Dubai Airport
All Uber Services are allowed to drop off passengers at DXB.
Request an Uber vehicle as you normally would, and input the appropriate Dubai Airport Terminal as your destination.
All drop-offs must occur at the Departures Level of Dubai International Airport.
3. Drivers: Picking Passengers Up at Dubai Airport
UberBLACK and UberSELECT, and UberSUV drivers are the only Uber partners permitted to pick up passengers at Dubai International Airport.
Receiving Requests at Dubai Airport
Once you receive a trip request, accept the request, and drive towards DXB’s terminals.
Meet your passengers at one of Dubai Airport’s three pickup points:
- Terminal One A1 Parking (zone 2)
- Terminal Two Parking
- Terminal Three Entrance 2 (level 1 parking entrance)
4. Drivers: Dropping Off Passengers at Dubai International Airport
Drop off Uber passengers at the appropriate departure area of DXB.
